    Central Happo Clinic

    Our primary clinic is located within the Hakuba Gateway Hotel in Central Happo, just 150 meters from the Nakiyama lifts. This central location makes it easy to access our services, whether you're coming straight from the slopes or from your accommodation.

    We understand that when you're in pain, you need help fast. That’s why we offer online bookings, accept walk-in clients, and strive to provide same-day appointments whenever possible. For added peace of mind, we also offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service throughout the entire Hakuba Valley.

    We also accept travel insurance for hassle-free service, so you can focus on your recovery without worry.

    Norikura Clinic

    Hakuba powderhounds will know that the Otari end of the Hakuba Valley (Tsugaike, Norikura and Cortina) are the jewel in Hakuba’s “Japow” crown. Down here people live fast and ride hard and we want to provide the services that keep people on the mountain and not in the recovery room. 

    Based on the ground floor of The Butter Hotel, our pick and drop off services allow us to service Tsugaike, Norikura and Cortina with efficiency and peace of mind, so you never have to worry about getting from A to B. 

    We can also enable an escalation of any serious injuries that need further attention of the Doctors in Hakuba, or Hospital in Omachi.

    Physio, massage, these guys do it all. Saw Callum for a pre and mid-trip tune up that had my hips and back moving and feeling good again after travelling and then a few days on the slopes. Then tweaked my ankle on the second last day and he was able to fit me in and tape me up for the last day of riding on a trip.

    P.S. Hit him up for some food recommendations. He put us on to the party platter gyoza place, which was epic.
